देवी के विभिन्न स्वरूपों की साधना बहुत ही पवित्रता से मनुष्य करता आया है | सप्त देवी या सप्त माता देवी के वो स्वरुप हैं जो जगत कल्याण के लिए माता योगेश्वरी भगवती ने अवतार लिए | इन् स्वरूपों की साधना बहुत दुर्लभ मानी जाती है | ऐसी कोई वस्तु नहीं जो माँ के करुणामयी ये स्वरुप न दें | क्योंकि सभी पदार्थ शक्ति की संकल्प शक्ति से ही जन्मे हैं |
जहाँ जहाँ सती के अंग गिरे, शक्तिपीठ बन गए और जहाँ रोम गिरे, दिव्य जड़ी बूटियाँ पैदा हो गयी | आम मान्यता है कि जो माता के इन् स्वरूपों की उपासना करता है उसके लिए इस संसार में कोई वस्तु दुर्लभ नहीं रह जाती | जहाँ सिद्धियाँ उसके लिए वरमाला लिए खड़ी रहती हैं वहीँ वो सर्वदा भय मुक्त हो निर्बाध गति से विचरण करता है |
माता के इन् स्वरूपों में माँ कुमारी, माँ वैष्णवी, माँ माहेश्वरी, चंडिका, वराही, ब्राह्मी, इन्द्राणी हैं |
१. माँ कुमारी मोर पर सवार है जोकि कुमार कार्तिकेय की शक्ति है |
२. वैष्णवी भगवान् विष्णु की शक्ति है और गरुड़ पर आरूढ़ है |
३. माँ महेश्वरी महादेव महेश्वर की शक्ति है, सवारी बैल की है |
४. चंडिका माँ दुर्गा का स्वरुप हैं, शेर पर सवार हैं |
५. वराही भगवान् वराह की शक्ति हैं और भैंसे की सवारी करती हैं |
६. ब्राह्मी माँ हंस पर सवार और परम पिता ब्रह्मा की शक्ति हैं |
७. इन्द्राणी इंद्र देव की शक्ति हैं और हाथी की सवारी करती हैं |
इनके आदि स्वरुप महाकाली, दुर्गा, वैष्णवी, चामुंडा, सती राज राजेश्वरी स्वाहा आदि नामों से जाने जाते हैं | मैं यहाँ इन्ही आदि स्वरूपों की एक बहुत ही तेजस्वी साधना दे रहा हूँ जो आसान भी है और इसके लाभ भी बहुत हैं | दुर्गा अपने भक्त को किसी भी विकट स्तिथि से निकाल देती हैं और साधक की दुर्गति का नाश करती हैं | उस पर आने वाले हर संकट को क्षणों में दूर कर देती है, हर लेती है और अपनी दिव्य ज्योति से साधक के नेत्र रोशन कर दिव्य दृष्टि देने में सक्षम है |
राज राजेश्वरी हर प्रकार काऐश्वर्य और उच्च पद देने में सक्षम है | सरकारी नौकरी भी दे देती है या बेरोजगारी दूर कर उसे ऊपर उठने का अवसर प्रदान करती है और दरिद्रता का नाश कर उसे राजसी जीवन प्रदान करती है |महाकाली जो चंडिका का स्वरुप है उसे हर प्रकार के शत्रु से सुरक्षा प्रदान कर भय मुक्त जीवन देती है |भगवती वैष्णवी उसे मुक्ति प्रदान कर हर प्रकार के सुख प्रदान करती है और उसकी साधना की सफलता में सहायक होती है | उसके कर्म को सद्गति प्रदान कर हर प्रकार का आध्यात्मिक लाभ और सांसारिक सुख प्रदान करके उसके जीवन से अभाव नाम का शब्द मिटा देती है |भैरवी जहाँ भय मुक्त कर उसे हर प्रकार की तांत्रिक सिद्धि में क्रियाशील होकर उसे परम सिद्ध अवस्था देती है क्योंकि उच्च कोटि की साधनाओं से पहले भैरवी चक्र से गुजरना पड़ता है |वहीँ माँ महेश्वरी शिव की कृपा देने में सहायक है और बिना शाम्भवी दीक्षा के शिव दर्शन भी संभव नहीं होता |वहीँ भगवती का स्वाहा स्वरुप साधक की आंतरिक और बाहरी नकारात्मक वृत्तियों का नाश कर उसे एक नयी सोच देकर जीवन के उच्च आयाम प्रदान करती है | बिना इसके तो यज्ञ भी सफल नहीं होते |भगवती के इन् दिव्य स्वरूपों की साधना कर इस नवरात्रि में अपने जीवन से अमंगल को हमेशा के लिए दूर करें और भगवती की कृपा प्राप्त कर उसके दिव्य दर्शनों से अपने अपने जीवन को सक्षम बनाते हुए अमोघ सुरक्षा दें | नगेंदर |
साधना विधि
यह साधना सात दिन की है | वैसे नवरात्रि के दिन भगवती की साधना हर प्रकार का मंगल करती है | सप्तमी तक साधना करें, अष्टमी को हवन आदि कर सकते हैं, नवमी के दिन भगवती चिन्तन कर सकते हैं |
१. आसन और वस्त्र लाल पहनें |
२. दिशा – उत्तर की तरफ मुख करें |
३. शुद्ध घी की ज्योत लगाकर लाल फूल, कुमकुम और लाल फल, धूप, नैवेद्य, अक्षत से पूजन करें| पहले गुरु पूजन और श्री गणेश जी का पूजन करें | फिर माँ भगवती से प्रार्थना कर इन् दिव्य स्वरूपों का ध्यान कर पूजन करें, पंचौप्चार पूजन कर सकते हैं |
४. माला मूंगे की लें या रुद्राक्ष की या हकीक आदि कोई भी ले लें |
पूजन विधान

जहाँ पादो पूजयामी लिखा है वहां फूल चढ़ाएं और तर्पयामि पर एक आचमनी जल दें | इस प्रकार पूजन कर प्रार्थना करें कि हे देवियों आप मेरे सभी संतापों का नाश कर मुझे पूर्णता प्रदान करें |
फिर नीचे दिया मंत्र 11 माला जपें और अष्टमी को आम की लकड़ी जला कर 108 आहुति शुद्ध घी की दें और कन्या पूजन करें | सप्त कन्या बैठा सकते हैं | अगर घर में संभव न हो तो किसी मंदिर में हलवा आदि कन्याओं को देकर दक्षिणा दें आशीर्वाद लें | इस तरह यह साधना पूर्ण हो जाती है और जीवन के सर्व पक्षी विकास के रास्ते स्वयं खुलने लगते हैं | इस साधना के साथ आप कोई भी अन्य साधना शक्ति की कर सकते हैं |

Humanity has long performed sadhana of the Divine Mother's various forms with great purity. The Sapt Devi, or seven Mother goddesses, are forms that Mother Yogeshwari Bhagwati took for the welfare of the world. Sadhana of these forms is considered very rare. There is nothing that these compassionate forms of the Mother cannot grant, because all matter is born from this very power's resolve (sankalp shakti).
Wherever Sati's body parts fell, Shakti Peethas formed, and wherever her hair fell, divine herbs sprang up. It is commonly believed that for one who worships these forms of the Mother, nothing in this world remains out of reach. While supernatural accomplishments stand ready before them with a garland of victory, they also wander through life completely free of fear, moving without obstruction.
Among these forms of the Mother are Maa Kumari, Maa Vaishnavi, Maa Maheshwari, Chandika, Varahi, Brahmi, and Indrani.
1. Maa Kumari rides a peacock and is the power of Kumar Kartikeya.
2. Vaishnavi is the power of Lord Vishnu and rides upon Garuda.
3. Maa Maheshwari is the power of Mahadev Maheshwar and rides a bull.
4. Chandika is a form of Maa Durga and rides a lion.
5. Varahi is the power of Lord Varaha and rides a buffalo.
6. Brahmi rides a swan and is the power of Supreme Father Brahma.
7. Indrani is the power of Lord Indra and rides an elephant.
Their original forms are known by names such as Mahakali, Durga, Vaishnavi, Chamunda, Sati, Rajrajeshwari, and Swaha. Here I am sharing a very powerful sadhana of these original forms, which is also easy to perform and carries many benefits. Durga rescues her devotee from any difficult circumstance and destroys the seeker's misfortune. She removes every approaching crisis within moments, takes it upon herself, and is capable of illuminating the seeker's eyes with her divine light, granting divine vision.
Rajrajeshwari is capable of granting every kind of prosperity and a high position in life. She can even grant a government job, or remove unemployment and provide the opportunity to rise, destroying poverty and granting a regal life. Mahakali, who is a form of Chandika, grants protection from every kind of enemy, giving a life free of fear. Bhagwati Vaishnavi grants liberation along with every kind of happiness and helps in the success of one's sadhana. She grants good fortune to one's actions, providing every kind of spiritual benefit and worldly happiness, erasing the very word "want" from the seeker's life. Bhairavi frees one from fear while making them active in every kind of tantric accomplishment, granting them a supremely accomplished state, because before any high-level sadhana, one must pass through the Bhairavi chakra. Maa Maheshwari helps in attaining Shiva's grace, and without Shambhavi initiation, the vision of Shiva is not possible either. Bhagwati's Swaha form destroys the seeker's internal and external negative tendencies, granting them a new way of thinking and elevating dimensions of life — without this, even a yagya (fire sacrifice) cannot succeed. Method of Sadhana
This sadhana lasts seven days. Indeed, sadhana of Bhagwati during the days of Navratri brings every kind of auspiciousness. Perform the sadhana until Saptami; the havan may be performed on Ashtami, and on Navami you may simply contemplate Bhagwati.
1. Wear red clothing and use a red aasan (seat).
2. Direction — face north.
3. Light a pure ghee lamp and worship with red flowers, kumkum (vermilion), red fruit, incense, naivedya (food offering), and akshat (unbroken rice). First perform Guru worship and Shree Ganesh worship. Then pray to Mother Bhagwati, meditate upon these divine forms, and perform the worship — the five-fold (panchopachar) method may be used.
4. Use a coral, Rudraksha, or Hakik (agate) mala, whichever you have.
Worship Method
1. Om Kumaarye Namah Paado Poojayaami Tarpayaami.
2. Om Vaishnaviye Namah Paado Poojayaami Tarpayaami.
3. Om Maheshwariye Namah Paado Poojayaami Tarpayaami.
4. Om Chandikaaye Namah Paado Poojayaami Tarpayaami.
5. Om Varaahe Namah Paado Poojayaami Tarpayaami.
6. Om Braahmaniye Namah Paado Poojayaami Tarpayaami.
7. Om Indraaniye Namah Paado Poojayaami Tarpayaami.
Wherever "Paado Poojayaami" appears, offer a flower, and at "Tarpayaami," offer a sip of water (achamani). Perform the worship in this way and pray: "O Goddesses, destroy all my afflictions and grant me completeness."
Then chant the mantra given below for 11 rounds, and on Ashtami, burn mango wood and offer 108 oblations of pure ghee, and perform kanya pujan (worship of young girls). You may seat seven young girls. If this isn't possible at home, offer halwa to young girls at a temple, give them dakshina (a gift), and receive their blessing. In this way, this sadhana is completed, and paths toward all-round development in life begin to open on their own. Along with this sadhana, you may perform any other sadhana of the Goddess as well.
