उस व्यक्ति का बहुत ही सौभाग्य उदय होता है जब ऐसी साधना प्राप्त होती है | मेरी नजर में ऐसा कोई काम ही नहीं है जो इस साधना से पूरा ना हो | हिन्दू और इस्लामिक दोनों मतो में यह साधना की जाती है | मैंने कई मुसलमानी मौलवियों को भी इस यंत्र का प्रयोग करते हुए देखा है | यह मैं स्वयं भी इस साधना का प्रयोग बहुत बार करके इसे परख चुका हूँ और कई संतो ने भी इसे समय-समय पर सिद्ध किया है और जन कल्याण किया है | यह बहुत ही तीक्ष्ण साधना है | इसमें शुद्धि का खास ध्यान रखा जाता है | यह साधना अगर शारदीय, चैत्र अथवा गुप्त नवरात्री में की जाये तो और भी फल मिलता है | इसे सिद्ध करने के लिए समय तो अवश्य ही लगेगा लेकिन अगर आप इसे सिद्ध कर लें तो किसी सिद्धि के पीछे भागने की आवश्कता नहीं है | इसमें धैर्य बहुत जरुरी है और ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन भी जरुरी है | अतः इस साधना को उसी साधक को शुरू करना चाहिए जो इस साधना के नियम का पूर्ण शुद्धि से पालन कर सके |
नियम
एक समय शुद्ध भोजन करे, फलाहार कभी भी ले सकते हैं |
ब्रह्मचर्य अनिवार्य है |
सत्य बोलने की कोशिश करें |
किसी से व्यर्थ में ना उलझें |
बड़ों का हमेशा सम्मान करें |
विधि
शुद्ध धुले हुए वस्त्र पहने, सिले हुए ना हो तो ज्यादा बेहतर है (जैसे धोती, चादर) | पीले, लाल या सफ़ेद रंग के कपडे ज्यादा बेहतर हैं | लाल रंग विशेष फलदाई है |
शुद्ध घी का दीपक लगाएं और एक बाजोट पर लाल वस्त्र बिछाकर माता जगदम्बा का सुन्दर चित्र स्थापित करें | हर रोज पूजन करें और गुरु पूजन करें और पूर्ण समर्पित भाव से साधना शुरू करें |
मन को विचलित ना होने दें | माता का दर्शन होने के बाद कन्या पूजन करें या साधना पूर्ण होने के बाद कन्या पूजन जरुरी है |
माता को हलवे का भोग लगा कर कन्या पूजन किया जा सकता है |
इस यंत्र को निम्न मन्त्र पढ़ते हुए सवा लाख बार लिखना है और जितने रोज लिखो, आटे में मिक्स करके गोलियां बना लें और मछलियों को डाल दें किसी तालाब या नदी पर जाकर |

साबर मंत्र
|| ॐ अष्ट भुजी परमेश्वरी एक पुरष भगवान् 6 शाश्त्र सिमरिये तीनो भये सुजान पाँच भूत वश में करे सत धर्म का वास चार युग नोखंड दो सूरज चन्द्र की शाख रक्षा करो परमेश्वरी राखो सिर पे हाथ ||
इस मन्त्र का जप करते हुए उपर वाला यन्त्र लिखें और जब साधना पूरी हो जाती है, साधक के लिए कुछ भी दुर्लभ नहीं रहता |
प्रयोग
जिस किसी व्यक्ति पर कैसी भी प्रेत बाधा या किसी का किया तंत्र प्रयोग (जैसे-मूठ) हो, तो इस यन्त्र को अष्ट गंध से लिखकर उस व्यक्ति को पहना दिया जाये तो बाधा शांत हो जाती है |
कार्य सिद्धि के लिए इस यन्त्र को अपने साथ लेकर कार्य के लिए जा सकते हैं | मुक़दमे में विजय पाने के लिए है और घर छोड़कर गये व्यक्ति को वापिस लाने के लिए इसका अचूक असर होता है | वशीकरण के लिए भी इसका प्रयोग किया जाता है | आप पहले इसे सिद्ध कर लें | इसके प्रयोग तो सैंकड़ों हैं उसे फिर कभी दे दूंगा | यंत्र सिद्ध करते करते माँ का दर्शन हो जाता है, ऐसा मेरा और कई लोगों का अनुभव है |
Great fortune rises for the person who receives such a sadhana. In my view, there is no task that cannot be accomplished through it. This sadhana is practised within both Hindu and Islamic traditions — I have seen several Muslim clerics using this yantra as well. I myself have tested this sadhana many times, and several saints have also perfected it from time to time for the welfare of people. It is a very sharp sadhana, in which special attention must be paid to purity. If this sadhana is performed during Sharadiya, Chaitra, or Gupt Navratri, even greater results are obtained. It will certainly take time to perfect, but once you do perfect it, there is no need to chase after any other accomplishment. Patience is very important in this, and observing celibacy (brahmacharya) is necessary too. Therefore, only a seeker who can follow the rules of this sadhana with complete purity should begin it.
Rules
Eat pure food once a day; fruit may be taken at any time.
Celibacy (brahmacharya) is mandatory.
Try to speak the truth.
Do not get entangled in pointless arguments with anyone.
Always respect your elders.
Method
Wear clean, washed clothing — unstitched garments (such as a dhoti or a sheet) are even better. Yellow, red, or white-coloured clothes are preferable. Red is especially fruitful.
Light a pure ghee lamp, spread red cloth on a low wooden seat (bajot), and install a beautiful picture of Mother Jagdamba. Perform worship every day, along with Guru worship, and begin the sadhana with a fully devoted heart.
Do not let your mind waver. After receiving the Mother's vision (darshan), perform kanya pujan (worship of a young girl), or it is necessary to do this once the sadhana is complete.
You may offer halwa as bhog to the Mother and then perform the kanya pujan.
This yantra must be written 125,000 times while reciting the following mantra, and whatever you write each day should be mixed into flour, formed into small pellets, and fed to fish at a pond or river.
Prepare this yantra exactly as given.
Sabar Mantra
|| Om Asht Bhuji Parmeshwari Ek Purush Bhagwaan, Chhah Shaastra Simriye Teeno Bhaye Sujaan, Paanch Bhoot Vash Mein Kare Sat Dharam Ka Vaas, Chaar Yug Nokhand Do Suraj Chandra Ki Shaakh, Raksha Karo Parmeshwari Raakho Sir Pe Haath ||
Write the yantra above while chanting this mantra, and once the sadhana is complete, nothing remains out of reach for the seeker.
Uses
If any person is afflicted by any kind of ghostly disturbance or tantric practice performed against them (such as mooth), writing this yantra with ashtagandh (a sacred sandalwood paste blend) and having that person wear it will pacify the affliction.
For the accomplishment of tasks, you may carry this yantra with you when going to undertake any work. It is used for victory in legal cases, and it has an infallible effect for bringing back a person who has left home. It is also used for Vashikaran (attraction). First perfect it yourself. There are hundreds of its uses, which I will share another time. While perfecting this yantra, one attains the Mother's vision (darshan) — this has been my experience, and that of many others.
