कल्पना से सावधान रहें — अंतिम बात जो याद रखनी है वोह यह है के आप अनेक कल्पना कर सकते है! इस लिए आपको अनेक बातें बता देना खतरनाक है! आप उसकी कल्पना कर सकते है! पिछले लेख में हम ने समझा कैसे भैरव तंत्र विज्ञान द्वारा तीसरी आँख को चेतन करना है! इस लेख में हम कुछ सावधानियों पे चर्चा करेंगे! आप अपनी आंखे बंद करेंगे तो यह कल्पना करेंगे की आपकी आँख खुल रही है अथवा खुल गई है! आप प्रकाश की भी कल्पना कर सकते है! कल्पना मत करिए, कल्पना करने से रोकिए! आंखे बंद कर लीजिये! प्रतीक्षा करिए! जो भी आए उसका इंतजार करिए! उसे अनुभव करिए, उसके साथ सहयोग करिए, परंतु जरा इंतजार करिए! आगे मत कुदिये! अन्यथा कुछ भी उद्घाटित नहीं होगा! ऐसी हालत में आप स्वप्न देख रहे होंगे, एक सुंदर आध्यात्मिक स्वप्न, परंतु इस से अधिक कुछ नहीं!
मेरे पास अनेक लोग आते है जो कहते है के "उन्होंने ऐसा देखा, हम ने यह देखा!" लेकिन उन्होंने उसकी कल्पना की होती है! कारण — अगर उन्होंने वास्तव में कुछ देखा होता तो उनका रूपान्तरण हो जाता! लेकिन उन में रूपान्तरण नहीं होता, वह व्यक्ति तो वही रहते है, लेकिन अब उनमे एक आध्यात्मिक गर्व और जुड़ जाता है! उन्होंने कुछ स्वप्न देखे होते है, सुंदर आध्यात्मिक स्वप्न! कोई कृष्ण को बंसुरी बजाते हुए देखता है तो कोई प्रकाश देखता है! कोई कुंडलिनी को ऊपर उठते देखता है! यह चीजों को देखते चले जाते है और वह वोही के वोही रहते है! मध्य श्रेणी के सुस्त मूर्ख! उन्हे कुछ भी घटित नहीं हुआ होता, वे वर्णित किए जाते है के यह हो रहा है, वह हो रहा है, लेकिन वह पहले जैसे ही रहते है! क्रोधी, दुखी, बचकाना — कुछ भी तो नहीं बदलता उन में! यह बात इस लिए कह रहा हूँ के तीसरी आँख जो दिखाती है वह कोरी कल्पना नहीं होती, इस पे एक छोटा सा अनुभव सुनाता हूँ — अभी पिछले दिसंबर की बात है, मेरी एक परिचित लड़की जो जहां से बहुत दूर अमरीका में रहती है, जब की मैं इंग्लैंड में रहता हूँ! मुझे फोन किया के मुझे कुछ हेल्थ प्रॉब्लम है आप देखो क्या हुआ है! उसने डॉ. की सलाह तो ले ली थी पर मुझे प्रॉब्लम के बारे कुछ नहीं बताया, मैंने उसे दुबारा फोन करने को कहा और उस के बारे चिंतन किया, लेकिन जैसे ही तीसरी आँख सक्रिय हुई, जो देखा उस पे यकीन नहीं हो रहा था, मैंने टाइम बदल कर दुबारा देखा — सेम रिजल्ट! आखिर एक देव शक्ति से इस विषय में पुष्टि की, और जब लड़की का दुबारा फोन आया तो मैंने उसे कह दिया के ऐसा होना तो नहीं चाहिए मगर तुमरे शरीर के हार्मोन्स का बैलेंस बिगड़ने की वजह से तुमारी छाती से दूध आने लगा है — जब के वोह लड़की कुंवारी थी! वोह एक दम दंग रह गई और उसने स्वीकार किया के ऐसा ही हुआ है, डॉ. ने भी यही कहा है! तो आप ही कोई हल दे मुझे, मैंने उस वक़्त कहा के मैं इसका हल कर देता हूँ और उसे दूसरे दिन फोन करने को कहा! मैंने सुदर्शन रेकी का आवाहन किया — जहां यह बात भी बता देना चाहता हूँ सुदर्शन रेकी या शक्ति एक ऐसी क्रिया है जो मुझे आध्यात्मिक संत बावा श्याम जी से प्राप्त हुई थी! उस वक़्त हम चार आदमी ही थे उनके पास, तब उन्होंने हुमे सुदर्शन चक्र शक्ति प्रदान की और कहा इस से किसी भी बीमारी, शत्रु बाधा और अपनी सुरक्षा की जा सकती है, और यह रेकी इतनी तीक्ष्ण है के कुछ ही क्षणों में बीमारी को जड़ मूल से नष्ट कर देती है! मैंने उस लड़की के लिए यही क्रिया की और सुदर्शन रेकी से उस के चक्रों को शुद्ध किया और बैलेंस कर दिया और संबंधित प्रॉबल को नष्ट कर दिया — जब उसका तीसरे दिन फोन आया और वोह बिल्कुल ठीक थी, और उसने कहा के उसे उसी शाम को जरूरत से ज़्यादा गर्मी शरीर में महसूस हुई और ऐसा लगा के सुनहरी प्रकाश का एक गोला तेज गति से घूमते हुए उस के सिर से प्रवेश कर गया और नीचे तक उतर गया, मूलाधार तक सभी चक्र जैसे घूम रहे हो, और पाँच मिनट के बाद ही वोह सिर से निकल कर आकाश की तरफ चला गया, उसके बाद सब शांत सा, नया नया सा दिखाई दिया और ऐसा लगा के मैं बिल्कुल स्वस्थ हूँ — उसके बाद कभी यह प्रॉब्लम उसे नहीं हुई, आज भी वोह ठीक है! यह अनुभव सुनाने का प्रयोजन सिर्फ इतना है के आप समझ सके के तीसरी आँख कभी गलत नहीं दिखाती, इस लिए कल्पना से बचें!
यदि आप सच में एक प्रकाश देखते है जो तीसरे नेत्र से दिखाई देने के लिए वहाँ पहले से प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है, आप देखने वाले दूसरे व्यक्ति होते है! और तब आपको उसके बारे में किसी दूसरे को बताने की जरूरत नहीं रहेगी! लोग आपको देखते ही जान जाएंगे के आप अब दूसरे व्यक्ति है! आप उसे छुपा भी नहीं सकेंगे, यह अनुभव किया जाने लगेगा, आप जहां भी जाएंगे लोग यह जान जाएंगे "के इस व्यक्ति के साथ कुछ घटित" हुआ है! आप साधना करते रहिए और प्रतीक्षा करिए, मत कुदिये आगे!
जैसा की मैंने इसे समझा और अनुभव किया है की तीसरी आँख छठे चक्र में स्थित है! ज्ञान उपलब्धि से पहले कई बार खुलती तथा बंद होती है! जब व्यक्ति की चेतना भली प्रकार से छठे चक्र में स्थित हो जाती है, तृतीय नेत्र अपनी पूर्णता से प्रगट होता है और स्थायी रूप में खुला रहता है! इस स्तर पर पहुँचते ही पुरुष और स्त्री शरीरक परिवर्तन घटित होते है! मैं इस पुरुष देह में जन्म लेने के कारण इन परिवर्तनों के बारे में अपने अनुभव से बता सकता हूँ!
जो व्यक्ति अपने तीसरे नेत्र के खुलने का अनुभव करता है, उसे अपने अंदर स्थित स्त्री तत्व की अनुभूति होती है! स्नायविक प्रणाली के जितने भी पहलू, दबाए जाते रहे है, क्योंकि पुरुष अपने पुरुष तत्व को विकसित करने में लगा रहता है! वह सभी जग जाते है और उनकी ग्रहण शीलता सक्रिय हो जाती है! और मेरी समझ में पुरुष के शरीर में 51% पुरुष और 49% स्त्री के लक्षण होते है! पुरुष उतना ही स्त्री औचित हो जाता है जितना के वह पुरुषोचित है! और स्त्री ऊर्जा के प्रति अनुकूल हो जाता है!
तृतीय नेत्र जब स्थायी तौर पे खुलता है तब अंदर की स्त्री ऊर्जा संतुलित हो जाती है! इस प्रकार जो पुरुष अपने अंदर की और बाहर की स्त्री ऊर्जा के साथ संगत बैठाता जाता है, वह सभी कुछ स्त्री की तरह अनुभव करने लग जाता है, वह गहनतम स्तर पर मनोवैज्ञानिक और भावनात्मक तौर पे स्त्री ऊर्जा को समझने लग जाता है तथा समान अनुभव करता है! उसके अंदर की दोनों ऊर्जाएं घुल कर एक बन जाती है! अधिक उच्च स्तर पर यह एक तंत्र है!
यदि पहला कदम स्त्री और पुरुष ऊर्जा का घुलना है तो अंतिम कदम मानव का देह तत्व से एकाकार होना है! यह साधक के लिए बहुत ही श्रेष्ठ और उच्च अवस्था का अनुभव है, इसे ही अर्ध नारीश्वर का रूप कहते है, और जो साधक इस रूप को प्राप्त कर लेता है वोह जगत का माता पिता कहलाता है और ब्रह्मांड नायक बन कर विचरता है! अंत में ऐसी परम उच्च अवस्था गुरु कृपा के बिना प्राप्त नहीं होती, इस लिए साधक को प्रयास कर सद्गुरु चरणों में पहुँच कर ऐसी क्रिया पद्धति प्राप्त कर साधना में लगना चाहिए, और जीवन में परम उच्च अवस्था को प्राप्त करना और सद्गुरु में लीन होना चाहिए! इति शुभं तृतीय नेत्र रहस्य!!

Beware of mere imagination — the last thing to remember is that you are capable of imagining many things. This is why it is dangerous to tell you too much. You could simply imagine it. In the previous instalment, we understood how to awaken the third eye through the science of Bhairav Tantra. In this instalment, we will discuss a few precautions. If you close your eyes, you may begin imagining that your eye is opening, or has already opened. You may also imagine light. Do not imagine — stop yourself from imagining. Close your eyes. Wait. Whatever comes, wait for it. Experience it, cooperate with it, but wait patiently. Do not leap ahead — otherwise nothing real will ever be revealed. In such a state, you will merely be dreaming — a beautiful spiritual dream, but nothing more than that.
Many people come to me saying, "I saw this, we saw that." But what they actually did was imagine it. The reason is — if they had truly seen something, they would have been transformed by it. But no transformation occurs in them; the person remains exactly the same, except now a spiritual pride attaches itself to them. They have had certain dreams — beautiful spiritual dreams. One sees Krishna playing the flute, another sees light, another sees the Kundalini rising. They keep seeing such things, and yet they remain exactly who they were — dull, mediocre fools. Nothing has actually happened to them; they keep narrating that this is happening, that is happening, yet they remain just as they were before — angry, sorrowful, childish — nothing in them changes at all. I say this because what the third eye shows is never mere imagination, and let me share a small experience to illustrate this. This happened just this past December — a girl I know, who lives very far away in America, while I live in England, called me saying she had some health problem and asked me to look into what had happened. She had already consulted a doctor but hadn't told me what the problem actually was. I asked her to call back later and reflected on it, and as soon as my third eye became active, what I saw was hard to believe. I checked again at a different time — same result. Finally I sought confirmation from a divine power on this matter, and when the girl called back, I told her — this shouldn't be happening, but due to a hormonal imbalance in your body, milk has begun coming from your chest — even though that girl was unmarried and a virgin. She was utterly stunned, and confirmed that this was exactly what had happened — the doctor had said the same thing. She asked me to find a solution, and I told her at that moment that I would resolve it, and asked her to call me the next day. I invoked Sudarshan Reiki — and here I should also mention that Sudarshan Reiki is a power and a practice that I received from the spiritual saint Bawa Shyam Ji. At that time, only four of us were present with him, and he granted us the power of the Sudarshan Chakra, saying that it could be used for protection from any illness, enmity, or danger — and that this Reiki is so potent that it can destroy an illness at its very root within moments. I performed this very practice for that girl, purified and balanced her chakras through Sudarshan Reiki, and destroyed the underlying problem. When she called on the third day, she was completely fine, and told me that that very evening she had felt an unusually intense heat in her body, and it felt as though a ball of golden light, spinning rapidly, had entered through the top of her head and descended all the way down — as if every chakra down to the Muladhara was spinning — and after about five minutes, it exited through her head and rose into the sky. After that, everything felt calm, fresh, and new, and she felt completely healthy. She never had that problem again, and to this day she remains well. The purpose of sharing this experience is simply so you understand that the third eye never shows anything false — so beware of mere imagination!
If you truly see a light that has been waiting there all along to be perceived through the third eye, then you are now a different kind of observer. And then you will no longer need to tell anyone else about it — people will know, simply by looking at you, that you have become a different person. You won't even be able to hide it; this will be felt by others, and wherever you go, people will sense that "something has happened" to this person. Keep practising your sadhna, and keep waiting — do not leap ahead!
As I have understood and experienced it, the third eye is situated in the sixth chakra. Before true attainment of knowledge, it opens and closes many times. When a person's consciousness becomes firmly established in the sixth chakra, the third eye manifests in its full completeness and remains permanently open. Upon reaching this stage, certain bodily changes occur, relating to masculine and feminine nature. Having been born into a male body myself, I can speak about these changes from my own experience.
A person who experiences the opening of their third eye begins to feel the feminine element residing within them. Every aspect of the nervous system that has been suppressed — because a man remains preoccupied with developing his masculine nature — awakens, and one's receptivity becomes active. And in my understanding, a man's body carries 51% masculine and 49% feminine characteristics. A man becomes as much attuned to femininity as he is to masculinity, and becomes receptive to feminine energy.
When the third eye opens permanently, the feminine energy within becomes balanced. In this way, a man who brings his inner and outer feminine energies into harmony begins to experience everything in a feminine way as well — he begins to understand feminine energy at the deepest psychological and emotional level, and experiences it equally. The two energies within him merge and become one. At a higher level, this itself is a form of tantra.
If the first step is the merging of feminine and masculine energy, then the final step is the unification of the human being with the very essence of the body itself. This is an experience of the highest and most excellent state for a seeker — it is called the form of Ardhanarishvara (the half-male, half-female form of the Divine), and the seeker who attains this form is called the mother and father of the world, and moves through existence as the very protagonist of the universe. In the end, such a supreme state cannot be attained without the Guru's grace — so the seeker must make every effort to reach the feet of the Sadguru, receive this practice and method, and engage in sadhna. One should attain the supreme state in this life, and become absorbed in the Sadguru. Thus ends this auspicious account of the Mystery of the Third Eye!!
