जब आप किसी को सच्चे दिल से चाहते हैं | अगर वह आपकी बात नहीं सुन रहा तो सच में आपकी भावनाएं आहत होती हैं | प्रेम तो ईश्वर का रूप है | प्रेम को समझना भी इतना आसान नहीं | हमारे हजारों किस्से और ग्रंथ प्रेम से ही भरे पड़े हैं | हीर राँझा की कहानी सभी जानते हैं | जब रांझा हीर को ले गया तो बहुत खोज कर उन्हे समझाकर घर ले आए और राँझे से हीर का निकाह करने की बात हीर के पिता ने स्वीकार कर ली | जब शादी की तैयारी चल रही थी, बारात आने को थी लेकिन हीर के चाचे कैदो को यह बात अच्छी न लगी | उसने हीर को जहर दे दिया | हीर जब अंतिम साँसे गिन रही थी, बस राँझे के लिए ही उड़ीक कर रही थी | रांझा आया और हीर से बातें करने लगा | हीर ने अपने महबूब का वादा न निभाने पर क्षमा मांगी और दोनों काफी देर बातें करते रहे | अंत में इज़राईल फरिश्ता हीर को लेने आ गया | हीर ने कहा कि कुछ देर ठहर जाओ मुझे राँझे को देखने दो | हीर की नजर सिर्फ राँझे को देख रही थी | इज़राईल फरिश्ते ने कहा हीरे वक़्त हो गया है तो हीर ने अपने महबूब से विदा मांगी और इज़राईल फरिश्ते से कहा कि अब मुझे ले चलो | जब इज़राईल ने हीर की जान निकाली तो उसी वक़्त रांझा भी गिर गया और उसकी जान भी निकल गई | दोनों उसके साथ चले गए लेकिन इज़राईल फरिश्ता काफी हैरान था और खुदा के पास गया | खुदा ने पूछा क्या हुआ तो उसने कहा आज अजीब हुआ | मैंने जान एक की निकाली और मर दोनों गए | यह बात मेरी समझ में नहीं आई तो खुदा ने कहा यह आशिक लोग हैं इन्हे तो आज तक मैं भी नहीं समझ पाया तुम कैसे समझ लोगे | बात में एक सच्चा प्रेम छुपा है | काश ऐसा ही प्रेम सब में हो | फिर महबूब तो खुदा का ही रूप होते हैं | अगर जीवन में सच में सच्चा प्रेम मिल जाए तो जीवन सर्वोतम शिखर पर पहुँच जाता है |
अब मैंने यहाँ महबूब का जिक्र किया है इसका मतलब किसी औरत विशेष से या पुरुष विशेष से नहीं है | महबूब तो कोई भी हो सकता है यहाँ तक कि गुरु भी महबूब तुल्य ही होते हैं | यह साधना महबूब मिलन की बेमिसाल साधना है | वह चाहे आपका कोई प्रेमी है या प्रेमिका है या मुरशद है | महबूब के रंग में खो जाना ही सच्चे आशिक की निशानी है | आप इस साधना को करें, खुदा ने चाहा तो आप अपने महबूब से जल्द मिलेंगे | यह मेरी बहुत ही मनोनुकूल साधना है और बहुत प्यारी भी | एक बार आजमा के देखें | सच में आपको सच्चे प्रेम से मिलन करा देगी | बस एक शर्त है प्रेम वासना से प्रेरित न हो, सच्चा हो हीर राँझे की तरह | बस ज्यादा न कहता हुआ यह बेमिसाल साधना दे रहा हूँ |
विधि
इसे नोचन्दे शुक्रवार से शुरू करें और चाँद पूर्णिमा यानी पूर्णिमा तक करें | इसे आप 21 दिन भी कर सकते हैं | वस्त्र वही पहने जो आपको अच्छे लगें या सफ़ेद कुर्ता पजामा पहन लें और सिर पर कोई टोपी या रुमाल रखकर बिलकुल पाक होकर स्नान आदि करके साधना करें | माला हकीक की लें | दिशा पश्चिम ठीक है | अपने आसन पर बैठकर खुदा की बारगाह में सजदा करें और अपने मुरशद ( गुरु को ) याद करें और साधना में सफलता के लिए प्रार्थना करें | फिर निम्न मंत्र का 333 बार जप करें | आप चाहें तो पाँच माला जप कर सकते हैं | जब आपकी साधना सफल हो जाए, आप पीले रंग के मीठे चावल बनाकर गरीबों या बच्चों में बाँट दें खुदा के नाम से और किसी कुत्ते को रोज रोटी डालते रहें अपनी कामना बोलते हुए | जप करते हुए अपने महबूब का ध्यान करें मतलब अपने प्रेमी की सूरत आंखो में रखें |

बिसमिलाह, लाये ला ला दे, ईल ईला मिला दे ,
मेरे महबूब की सूरत से मूर्त मिला दे |

When you love someone with a true heart, and they will not listen to you, your feelings are truly wounded. Love itself is a form of the divine. Understanding love is not so easy either. Thousands of our tales and scriptures are filled with nothing but love. Everyone knows the story of Heer and Ranjha. When Ranjha took Heer away, after a great search the families persuaded them and brought them home, and Heer's father agreed to let Heer marry Ranjha. While the wedding preparations were underway and the groom's procession was about to arrive, Heer's uncle Kaido did not approve of this and poisoned Heer. As Heer drew her final breaths, she waited only for Ranjha. Ranjha came and began speaking with her. Heer asked her beloved's forgiveness for not having kept her promise to him, and the two spoke together for a long while. At last, the angel Israel came to take Heer's soul. Heer said, "Wait a little while, let me look upon Ranjha." Heer's gaze remained fixed only on Ranjha. The angel Israel said, "Heer, the time has come," and Heer bid farewell to her beloved and told the angel to take her now. The moment Israel drew out Heer's soul, Ranjha too collapsed, and his soul departed at that very instant. Both departed together, but the angel Israel was utterly astonished and went before God. God asked what had happened, and the angel said, "Something strange occurred today — I drew out the soul of one, and yet both died." "I cannot understand this," he said, to which God replied, "These are lovers — even I have never fully understood them to this day, so how could you?" Within this story lies a true love hidden — would that such love existed in everyone. After all, a beloved is itself a form of God. If one truly finds true love in life, life reaches its highest peak.
Now, when I speak of a "beloved" here, I do not mean any particular woman or man specifically. A beloved can be anyone — even a Guru is akin to a beloved. This sadhana is an unparalleled sadhana for union with one's beloved — whether that is your lover, or your spiritual guide (murshad). To lose oneself in the colour of one's beloved is itself the sign of a true lover. Perform this sadhana, and if God wills it, you will soon be united with your beloved. This is a sadhana very close to my own heart, and a very dear one too. Try it once and see — it will truly unite you in true love. There is just one condition: the love must not be driven by lust, but must be true, like that of Heer and Ranjha. Without saying more, I am sharing this unparalleled sadhana.
Method
Begin this on the new-moon Friday (Nauchande Friday) and continue until the full moon (Purnima). You may also perform it over 21 days. Wear whatever clothing you like, or wear a white kurta-pajama, with a cap or scarf on your head, and bathe and purify yourself completely before performing the sadhana. Use a Hakik (agate) mala. West is a suitable direction. Sit on your aasan (seat), bow before God, remember your murshad (Guru), and pray for success in the sadhana. Then chant the following mantra 333 times. If you wish, you may chant 5 rounds of the mala instead. When your sadhana succeeds, prepare yellow sweet rice and distribute it to the poor or to children in God's name, and continue feeding a dog roti every day while voicing your wish. While chanting, meditate upon your beloved — that is, keep the image of your beloved's face before your eyes.
