हर व्यक्ति चाहता है कि वो सबसे सुंदर दिखे और हर लड़की चाहती है कि उसे अपूर्व सौंदर्य की प्राप्ति हो | इसके लिए इंसान चाहे वो औरत हो या चाहे मर्द, दोनों प्रयत्नशील रहते हैं | तरह तरह के साधन अपनाते हैं | सौंदर्य सिर्फ बाहर का नहीं अंतर में भी सौंदर्य हो, वाणी में सौंदर्य हो, चेहरे पर तेज हो तो वो हर इंसान को अपने मोह पाश में बांध लेता है | योगमाया देवी सौंदर्य और आकर्षण की प्रतिमूर्ति है | इससे बढ़कर कोई सुंदर नहीं |
यह किसी भी साधक को सौंदर्य प्रदान कर सकती है | इसके लिए यह एक अनुभूत साधना है | इससे व्यक्ति के हर पहलू में सौंदर्य आ जाता है | जहां महिलायें भी अपने में एक विशेष आकर्षण महसूस करती हैं | तेज और मादकता उनके चेहरे से छल्क उठती है और वह अपने सौंदर्य में किसी को भी बांधने की शक्ति अर्जित कर लेती है | इसके लिए यह साधना बहुत लाभकारी है | आप भी एक बार इसे संपन्न कर अपने को विशेष सौंदर्य से सराबोर करें |
यह आसान साधना है और इसे भी मोहिनी एकादशी को शुरू कर 11 दिन में पूर्ण करना है | इस हिसाब से आप 11 माला हर रोज कर सकते हैं | कुल मंत्र 7000 जप कर सकते हैं या 11 दिन 11 माला कर लें | इसके लिए जो सामग्री चाहिए उसमे आपके पास चाँदी की या नवरतनों की माला हो या स्फटिक की माला का प्रयोग कर लें या नवरंगी माला भी ले सकते हैं | जैसी माला इनमें से मिले प्रयोग में ले लें | दूसरा आपके पास भगवान विष्णु का और योगा माया का चित्र या मूर्ति हो | नगेंदर |
विधि
सबसे पहले आप किसी बाजोट पर लाल वस्त्र बिछाकर देवी की और भगवान विष्णु की प्रतिमा का स्थापन करें अगर प्रतिमा या विग्रह न हो तो सुंदर चित्र का स्थापन कर लें | सबसे पहले गुरु पूजन और श्री गणेश पूजन करें सद्गुरु का चित्र भी साथ में स्थापन करें और पूजन के बाद आज्ञा लेकर साधना शुरू करें |
देवी की प्रतिमा पर गुलाबी रंग का वस्त्र चढ़ाएं और केसर, कुंकुम, धूप, दीप, पुष्प, नैवेद्य के लिए शुद्ध घी की बनी हुई मिठाई आदि का भोग लगाएं, फल चढ़ाएं और एक मीठा पान भी अर्पित करें | इस पुजा में केसर और पान विशेष स्थान रखता है, इसलिए यह दोनों चीजें ख़ासतौर पर पुजा में सम्मलित करें | हर रोज पूजन करना है | वस्त्र एक बार चढ़ा सकते हैं, बाकी सामान रोज नया लें और पहला सामान किसी पात्र में उठा के रख दें |इसके साथ ही भगवान विष्णु की आराधना करें और चित्र का पूजन करें |
फिर उपरोक्त माला से 11 माला निम्न मंत्र का जप करें | ऐसा आपको 11 दिन करना है | 11 दिन के बाद सारी सामग्री जो पूजन के वक्त आपने उठा ली थी उसे जल प्रवाह कर दें और चित्र को पूजा स्थान में स्थापन कर दें | इस प्रकार यह साधना पूर्ण हो जाती है | इसमें आसन पीला और दिशा पश्चिम को मुख रखें |

Every person wants to look their most beautiful, and every woman desires the attainment of unparalleled beauty. For this, both men and women strive, adopting various means. Beauty is not just outward — when there is beauty within, beauty in speech, and radiance on the face, it binds every person in its charm. Yogmaya Devi is the very embodiment of beauty and attraction. None is more beautiful than her.
She can grant beauty to any seeker. This is a tested sadhana for that purpose. Through it, beauty comes into every aspect of a person's being. Women in particular feel a special attraction within themselves; radiance and charm overflow from their face, and they acquire the power to captivate anyone through their beauty. This sadhana is highly beneficial for this. You too should perform it once and immerse yourself in special beauty.
This is a simple sadhana, and it too must be begun on Mohini Ekadashi and completed within 11 days. Accordingly, you may do 11 rounds of the mala each day. You may chant a total of 7,000 repetitions of the mantra, or do 11 rounds for 11 days. For materials, you will need a silver or navratna (nine-gem) mala, or you may use a crystal (sphatik) mala, or a nine-coloured mala — whichever of these you can obtain, use that. Second, you should have a picture or idol of Lord Vishnu and Yogmaya. — Nagendra
Method
First, spread red cloth on a low wooden seat (bajot) and install idols of the Goddess and Lord Vishnu; if idols or images are not available, install beautiful pictures instead. First perform Guru worship and Shree Ganesh worship, installing a picture of your Sadguru alongside as well, and after the worship, seek permission and begin the sadhana.
Offer pink-coloured cloth to the Goddess's idol, and offer saffron, kumkum (vermilion), incense, a lamp, flowers, and naivedya in the form of sweets made of pure ghee. Offer fruits and also a sweet paan (betel leaf preparation). Saffron and paan hold a special place in this worship, so be sure to include both of these specifically in the worship. The worship must be performed daily. The cloth may be offered just once, but the rest of the materials should be fresh each day, with the previous day's items set aside in a vessel. Alongside this, worship Lord Vishnu and his picture as well.
Then, using the mala mentioned above, chant the following mantra for 11 rounds. You must do this for 11 days. After 11 days, let all the materials you had set aside during the worship flow into water, and keep the picture established at your place of worship. In this way, the sadhana is completed. Use a yellow aasan (seat) and face west.
