शनि मित्र है शत्रु नहीं, आमतौर पर देखा गया है, बहुत से ज्योतिषी शनि की साढ़े साती या अढ़ैया का डर दिखाकर आपसे धन ऐंठ लेते हैं | शनि हमेशा इंसाफ के देवता के नाम से जाने जाते हैं | फिर वह अपने भक्तों के साथ अन्याय कैसे कर सकते हैं | शनि की साढ़े साती मनुष्य को अपने तप में तपाकर कुन्दन कर देती है | साधक को चाहिए समय समय शनि साधना करे और अपने जीवन में आ रही समस्या का समाधान शनि की कृपा से प्राप्त करे | शनि अपने भक्तों को कभी निराश नहीं करते, ऐसा मैं दावे के साथ कहता हूँ | इस संबंध में हमने शनि साधना की एक सीरीज शुरू की है | जिसकी एक साधना आप पहले हमारी वेबसाइट पर पढ़ चुके हैं जो रुका धन अथवा अखंड धन पाने के लिए थी | इस साधना से बहुत से साधकों ने लाभ लिया |
यह अचूक साधनाएं स्वयं माता छाया द्वारा बताई हुई हैं | इस सम्बन्ध में एक कथा शास्त्रों में वर्णित है, एक बार श्रावण के महीने में माता छाया स्नान करने नदी पर गई तो उनको अपना अक्स (छवि/छाया) नदी के पानी में दिखाई दी जिसमें उन्होंने अपने आपको बहुत बूढ़ी और बीमार महसूस किया | यह देखकर माता चिंतित हो गयीं | जब शनि घर आए तो माता से चिंता का कारण पूछा तो माता ने सारी स्थिति बताई | इस पर शनि देव ने कहा माता आप पर किसी कारण पातक दोष लग गया है, आपको किसी सन्यासी की पूजा करनी चाहिए तो माता ने नारद जी को अपने घर बुलाया पर नारद जी ने कहा माता वहाँ तो शनि देव रहेंगे, अगर आप शनि देव की कुदृष्टि से मेरी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करें तो मैं आ सकता हूँ | तो माता ने भरोसा दिया | जब नारद जी आए तो माता ने उनकी पूजा की और नारद जी के कहने पर उन्हे यह अचूक साधना मंत्र बताए | इन मंत्रो के सम्बन्ध में यह कहा जाता है कि शनि की कैसी भी महादशा हो या जीवन में कोई भी समस्या हो उसका निवारण शनि देव स्वयं करते ही हैं | इन साधनाओं को करने से शनि भगवान की कृपा जीवन भर बनी रहती है | जीवन में आने वाली सभी छोटी बड़ी रुकावटें स्वतः ठीक हो जाती हैं | इसी सीरीज में यह दूसरी साधना है |
घर का कलेश मनुष्य को अंदर से खोखला कर देता है | मन और दिमाग हर वक़्त अशांत रहता है | कोई भी कार्य ठीक से संपन्न नहीं होता | ऐसी हालत में अगर साधना भी करते हैं तो सफल नहीं होती | इसके लिए यह अचूक साधना है | इस साधना को करने से घर का कलेश दूर होता है और मन में एक संतोष मिलता है | हर कार्य में मन लगता है | ऐसा बहुत बार महसूस किया गया है |
साधना विधि
1. यह साधना शनिवार को करें |
2. साधना समय शाम 7 से रात 10 बजे तक ठीक है |
3. माला सफ़ेद चन्दन की लें |
4. आसन भूरे रंग का या कंबल का लें |
5. वस्त्र कोई भी पहन लें |
6. जप 9 माला करना है |
7. पुजा काल अथवा साधना के समय तेल का अखंड दीप जलता रहे जब तक आप मंत्र जाप करते हैं बाद में वह दीप किसी भी शिव मंदिर में जला के रख दें |
सर्वप्रथम एक बाजोट पर नीले रंग का वस्त्र बिछाएं और उस पर अक्षत (बिना टूटे हुए चावल) बिछाकर शनि भगवान की मूर्ति या चित्र स्थापित कर दें और साथ ही एक उसी वस्त्र पर नर्मदेश्वर शिवलिंग स्थापित करें | शनि भगवान का पूजन अक्षत, कुंकुम, धूप, दीप, नैवेद्य, फल आदि से करें और शिवलिंग का पूजन भी इन्ही सामग्रियों से करें | फिर पूर्व दिशा की ओर मुख कर निम्न मंत्र का 9 माला जप सफ़ेद चन्दन की माला से करें | कुछ बिल्व पत्र या फल, कुंकुम का तिलक लगाकर शनि भगवान को और शिवलिंग पर अर्पित करें |

जप के पश्चात सारी पूजन सामग्री को उसी वस्त्र में बांध कर जल में प्रवाहित कर दें और चित्र अथवा शिवलिंग को पूजा स्थान में स्थापित कर दें |
Shani is a friend, not an enemy. It is commonly seen that many astrologers frighten you with talk of Shani's Sade Sati or Adhaiya in order to extract money from you. Shani is always known as the deity of justice — so how could he ever be unjust toward his own devotees? Shani's Sade Sati tempers a person through trial, refining them like gold purified by fire. A seeker should perform Shani sadhana from time to time and obtain, through Shani's grace, the resolution of whatever problems arise in their life. Shani never disappoints his devotees — I say this with full confidence. In this regard, we have started a series of Shani sadhanas, one of which you have already read on our website — that one was for attaining stalled or unbroken wealth. Many seekers have benefited from that sadhana.
These infallible sadhanas were themselves revealed by Mother Chhaya. A story related to this is described in the scriptures — once, in the month of Shravan, Mother Chhaya went to a river to bathe, and she saw her own reflection in the river's water, in which she felt herself to appear very old and unwell. Seeing this, the Mother became worried. When Shani returned home, he asked his mother the reason for her worry, and she explained the entire situation. Shani Dev then said, "Mother, some sinful affliction (paatak dosh) has befallen you for some reason — you should worship a sannyasi (renunciate)." So the Mother called Narad ji to her home, but Narad ji said, "Mother, Shani Dev resides there — if you can ensure my protection from Shani Dev's harsh gaze, then I can come." The Mother gave her assurance. When Narad ji arrived, the Mother worshipped him, and at Narad ji's suggestion, she was given these infallible sadhana mantras. It is said regarding these mantras that whatever great affliction (mahadasha) of Shani one may face, or whatever problem may arise in life, Shani Dev himself resolves it. By performing these sadhanas, Lord Shani's grace remains throughout one's life. All obstacles, small and large, that arise in life are automatically resolved. This is the second sadhana in this very series.
Household conflict hollows a person out from within. The mind and heart remain restless at all times. No task is ever completed properly. In such a state, even sadhana performed does not succeed. This is an infallible sadhana for this very purpose. Performing this sadhana removes household conflict, and a sense of contentment settles into the mind. One's attention becomes fixed on every task. This has been experienced many times.
Method of Sadhana
1. Perform this sadhana on a Saturday.
2. The suitable time for the sadhana is between 7 and 10 PM.
3. Use a white sandalwood mala.
4. Use a brown-coloured aasan (seat) or a blanket.
5. Any clothing may be worn.
6. Chant 9 rounds of the mala.
7. During the worship or sadhana, keep an unbroken oil lamp burning for as long as you chant the mantra; afterward, take that lamp and leave it lit at any Shiva temple.
First, spread blue cloth on a low wooden seat (bajot), and on it spread akshat (unbroken rice grains), then install an idol or picture of Lord Shani, and alongside it, on the same cloth, install a Narmadeshwar Shivalinga. Worship Lord Shani with akshat, kumkum (vermilion), incense, a lamp, naivedya (food offering), and fruits, and worship the Shivalinga with these same materials as well. Then, facing east, chant the following mantra for 9 rounds using a white sandalwood mala. Offer a few bilva leaves or fruit, with a kumkum tilak, to both Lord Shani and the Shivalinga.

After the chanting, tie all the worship materials in the same cloth and let them flow into water, and keep the picture or Shivalinga established at your place of worship.
