बहुत बार हम जाने – अनजाने में ऐसे व्यक्ति पर विश्वाश कर बैठते हैं जो आगे चल कर धोखा देता है और हमे असहनीय दुख झेलना पड़ता है | ऐसा प्रेमियों के साथ भी होता है | कई बार ऐसे व्यक्ति से प्रेम कर बैठते हैं जिससे वापिस प्रेम नहीं मिलता और दुख की वेदना झेलनी पड़ती है | ऐसा किसी मित्र या परिवार के सदस्य की तरफ से भी धोखा मिलने पर हो सकता है या किसी वस्तु का मोह आपको जीने नहीं देता और हमारे रोज मिलने वाले व्यक्तियों जिन पर हमे बहुत विश्वाश होता है जब ऐसे व्यक्तियों पर हद से ज्यादा अपेक्षा कर बैठते हैं, यह भी विचार दिल में नहीं आता कि उनके दिल में क्या चल रहा होता है यही अंधश्रद्धा का रूप ले लेता है | धोखा मिलने पर हम खुद को कोसने के सिवा कुछ नहीं कर पाते | यह साधना ऐसे व्यक्तियों के लिए अचूक है | इससे व्यर्थ की आसक्ति का नाश होता है और हम अपने सही दोस्त बंधु का चुनाव आसानी से कर सकते हैं जिसके संबंध हमारे लिए अनुकूल साबित हों | यह साधना एक वरदान की तरह ही है | शनि देव की माता छाया जी द्वारा दी गई यह अचूक साधना बहुत लाभकारी है | जिससे हम धोखा खाने से बच सकते हैं और धोखेबाजों से दूर रह कर अपने जीवन को नई दिशा दे सकते हैं | मेरी कोशिश है कि मैं ऐसी साधनाएं आपके सामने लाऊं जिससे आप अपने जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में उन्नति पा सकें और वहीँ ऐसे धोखेबाजों से अपना बचाव भी कर सकें | इसी सम्बन्ध में शनि – साधनाओं की लड़ी शुरू की गई है | जिसके तहत यह चतुर्थ साधना है | पाँच अचूक साधनाएं और दी जाएँगी जो जीवन के हर पहलू को एक मजबूती देगी और आ रही समस्या से निजात दिलायेगी | पूर्व में वर्णित की गयी साधनाओं से बहुत लोगों ने लाभ लिया और अपने अनुभव भी मुझे भेजे | अब यह साधना भी आपके लिए बहुत लाभकारी होगी ऐसी मुझे आशा है |
विधि
काले रंग का कपड़ा एक बाजोट पर बिछा कर उस पर भगवान शनि का यंत्र अथवा चित्र स्थापित करें | एक पाँच मुखी रुद्राक्ष भी उस मूर्ति अथवा यंत्र चित्र आदि के सामने स्थापित कर दें | फिर शनि भगवान का पूजन पंचौपचार से करें और रुद्राक्ष का पूजन भी पंचौपचार से करें जिसमें धूप, दीप, चन्दन, अक्षत, गोरोचन, फल, पुष्प, नारियल मौली बांध कर अर्पित करें |
नीले रंग के आसन पर बैठकर उत्तर अथवा पूर्व दिशा की ओर मुख कर निम्न मंत्र का 7 अथवा 21 माला जप करें | जाप आपको लाल चन्दन की माला से ही करना है | यह बीज मंत्र बहुत प्रभावी है | जप समाप्ती के उपरांत रुद्राक्ष को काले धागे में पिरो कर “ॐ नमः शिवाय” का जप करते हुए धारण कर लें | इसे पहन कर ही रखें | सवा महीने के बाद आप इसे उतार सकते हैं या आगे भी पहन सकते हैं | जो न पहनना चाहें वह अपने पूजा स्थान में यह रुद्राक्ष काले धागे में पिरो कर रख लें | बाकी पूजन की हुई सामग्री नारियल आदि उसी काले वस्त्र में बांध कर जल प्रवाह कर दें अथवा शनि मंदिर में चढ़ा दें |

Many times, knowingly or unknowingly, we come to trust a person who later betrays us, causing us to bear unbearable sorrow. This happens between lovers too — sometimes we fall in love with someone who does not return that love, and we must bear the pain of sorrow. This can also happen through betrayal by a friend or family member, or attachment to some object that does not let us truly live, or when we place excessive expectation upon the people we meet daily and trust deeply, never pausing to consider what may truly be in their hearts — this itself becomes a form of blind faith. When betrayal comes, we are left with nothing to do but blame ourselves. This sadhana is infallible for such situations. Through it, futile attachment is destroyed, and we can easily choose the right friends and companions, ones whose relationships prove favourable for us. This sadhana is truly like a boon. This infallible sadhana, given by Shani Dev's mother Chhaya ji, is highly beneficial — through it we can avoid being betrayed and, by staying away from deceitful people, give our lives a new direction. My effort is to bring such sadhanas before you so that you may progress in every area of your life while also protecting yourself from such deceitful people. It is in this spirit that this series of Shani sadhanas was begun, of which this is the fourth. Five more infallible sadhanas will be shared, which will strengthen every aspect of life and provide relief from the problems you face. Many people have benefited from the previously described sadhanas and have also sent me their experiences. I hope this sadhana too will prove highly beneficial for you.
Method
Spread black cloth on a low wooden seat (bajot) and install a yantra or picture of Lord Shani upon it. Also place a five-faced Rudraksha before the idol, yantra, or picture. Then worship Lord Shani with the five-fold (panchopachar) rites, and worship the Rudraksha too with the five-fold rites — offering incense, a lamp, sandalwood, akshat (unbroken rice), gorochan, fruits, flowers, and a coconut wrapped in mauli thread.
Sit on a blue aasan (seat) facing north or east, and chant the following mantra for 7 or 21 rounds, using a red sandalwood mala. This seed-mantra (beej mantra) is highly effective. Once the chanting is complete, string the Rudraksha onto a black thread and wear it while chanting "Om Namah Shivaya." Keep it worn continuously. After about a month and a quarter, you may remove it, or continue wearing it further. Those who prefer not to wear it may keep this Rudraksha, strung on black thread, at their place of worship instead. Tie the remaining worship materials, including the coconut, in the same black cloth and let them flow into water, or offer them at a Shani temple.
