चुटकी मंत्र मेरा अनुभूत मंत्र है | एक बार हिमाचल प्रदेश में था | हम ममलीग बस स्टॉप पर बस के लिए इंतजार कर रहे थे | मुझे प्यास लगी और सामने एक चाये की दुकान पर पानी पीने के इरादे से गया | उस आदमी ने पानी तो पिला दिया लेकिन मेरी आंखो में देख कर बोला जनाब मैं आपको पहचान गया हूँ | वह मुझे एक तांत्रिक मान रहा था | क्योंकि उसकी आंखो की चमक उस वक़्त ऐसी थी | बस छोटी सी बात पर उससे बहस छिड़ गई और उसने बाघियानी माता जिसे हिमाचल में उल्टी देवी भी कहते हैं छोड़ दिया | यह एक बहुत ही खतरनाक शक्ति है जिसका मंदिर नाहन जिला सरमौर में है | इसे सिरमौर वाली देवी भी कहते हैं | हमारे यहाँ पक्की मसानी कहा जाता है | इस देवी के बारे में यह प्रचलित है कि जिसे एक बार किसी पर भी छोड़ दिया जाए तो उसके घर और कार्य का कुछ नहीं बचता | इस देवी ने जंग के समय गुगा जी की मदद ईल बन कर की थी | इसे गुरु गोरख ने इस पहाड़ी पर स्थान दिया था | जिस तरफ मंदिर का मुख है उस तरफ के पहाड़ आज भी काले हैं | तब मैं इसी चुटकी से बचा और उसका वार वापिस चला गया | जब तक बस आ गई और हम आगे के सफर के लिए चल पड़े | इतना ही नहीं जब साधक साधना पर बैठे साधना में आने वाले विघ्न जैसे कि निद्रा, आलस्य और अंजाना भय भी उसी वक़्त दूर होता है | यह मंत्र मुझे एक महात्मा की कृपा से मिला है | इसलिए इसे आप स्व परख लें और लाभ देख सकते हैं | किसी भी तरह की आलोचना से मैं हमेशा दूर ही रहता हूँ | सिद्धि कोई भी हो साधक की मनोदशा पर निर्भर करती होती है | यह मंत्र आपको किसी किताब से नहीं मिलेगा क्योंकि ऐसे मंत्र किताबों में बहुत कम मिलते हैं |
साधना विधि
इसे आप दीपावली के दिन अथवा किसी भी सामान्य रात्रि में कभी भी सिद्ध कर सकते हैं | किन्तु 12 से 1 बजे तक का समय न चुने, और कोई भी टाइम चलेगा | आसन कोई भी ले सकते हैं। वैसे कुशा का आसन सर्वोत्तम है |
इस साधना को करने के लिए पास के किसी भी हनुमान जी के मंदिर में जाएँ | एक सरसों के तेल का दिया जला दें जोकि जब तक आपका मंत्र जप पूरा न हो दिया जलता रहना चाहिए | इसलिए एक बड़ा दिया ले लें | सवा मीटर लाल कपड़ा जो आपको हनुमान जी को लगोट के रूप में अर्पण करना है और सवा किलो लड्डू किसी भी तरह के ले लें | एक बात हमेशा याद रखें हनुमान जी को भोग अर्पण करते समय हमेशा एक तुलसी दल भोग के उपर रख देना चाहिए तभी उनकी क्षुधा शांत होती है | माला मूँगे की अथवा रुद्राक्ष की लें | आपको एक माला मंत्र जाप करना है | प्रसाद व लाल वस्त्र वहीँ हनुमान जी के चरणों में छोड़ दें और अपनी व परिवार की रक्षा के लिए प्रार्थना करें और घर आ जाएँ |
साबर चुटकी मंत्र
ॐ नमो गुरु जी चुटकी दाये चुटकी बाये,
चुटकी रक्षा करे हर थाएं |
बजर का कोठा अजर कबाड़ ,
चुटकी बांधे दसो दुयार ||
जो कोई घाले मुझ पे घाल उलटत देव वही पर जाए |
हनुमान जी चुटकी बजाए ,
राम चंदर पछताये, सीता माता भोग बनाया हनुमान मुसकाये |
माता अंजनी की आन ,
चुटकी रक्षा करो तमाम |

Sabar Chutki Mantra
Om Namo Guru Ji Chutki Daye Chutki Baye Chutki Raksha kare har thayen, Bajar ka kotha ajar kabarr chutki bandhe daso duyar, jo koee ghaale mujh pe ghal, Ultat dev vahi par jaye ,Hanuman ji chutki bjaye ram chander pachhtaye sita mata bhog banaya Hanuman muskaye , mata Anjni ki aan chutki raksha karo tmam , Jai Hanuman, Jai Hanuman, Jai Hanuman ||
प्रयोग विधि
सिद्ध करने के बाद जब भी जरूरत हो एक बार मंत्र पढ़के तीन बार चुटकी बजा दें | एक बार दायें, एक बार बायें, एक बार सिर के उपर, उसी वक़्त रक्षा होगी |
The Chutki Mantra (finger-snap mantra) is one I have personally tested. Once, I was in Himachal Pradesh. We were waiting for a bus at the Mamleeg bus stop. I felt thirsty and went to a nearby tea stall intending to drink some water. The man gave me water, but then looked into my eyes and said, "Sir, I have recognized you" — he took me to be a tantrik, because of a certain glint in his eyes at that moment. A minor disagreement turned into an argument, and he unleashed Baaghiyani Mata — known in Himachal as Ulti Devi — against me. This is a very dangerous power, whose temple is in Nahan, district Sirmaur, which is why she is also called Sirmaur Wali Devi. We call her Pakki Masani. It is widely believed about this goddess that once unleashed upon anyone, nothing remains of their home or work. This goddess helped Guga ji during a battle by becoming an eel. Guru Gorakh gave her a place upon this hill. Even today, the hills facing the direction the temple faces remain black. At that moment, this very Chutki Mantra protected me, and his attack turned back upon itself. We waited until the bus arrived and continued on our journey. Not only this — when a seeker sits for sadhana, obstacles that arise during the practice, such as drowsiness, laziness, and unknown fear, are also removed at that very moment through this mantra. I received this mantra by the grace of a great soul (mahatma). So test it for yourself and observe its benefit. I always stay far from any kind of criticism. Whatever the accomplishment, it depends on the seeker's state of mind. You will not find this mantra in any book, because such mantras are very rarely found in books.
Method of Sadhana
You may perfect this on Diwali, or on any ordinary night. However, avoid the time between 12 and 1 AM — any other time will do. Any aasan (seat) may be used, though a kusha-grass seat is best.
To perform this sadhana, go to any nearby Hanuman temple. Light a mustard-oil lamp, which must remain lit until your mantra chanting is complete — so use a large lamp. Offer Hanuman ji a piece of red cloth measuring about 1.25 metres, to be used as a langot (loincloth), and 1.25 kg of any kind of laddu. Always remember one thing — when offering bhog to Hanuman ji, always place a tulsi leaf atop the bhog, only then is his hunger truly satisfied. Use a coral or Rudraksha mala. You must chant one round of the mantra. Leave the prasad and red cloth there at Hanuman ji's feet, pray for the protection of yourself and your family, and return home.

Method of Use
Once perfected, whenever needed, recite the mantra once and snap your fingers three times — once to the right, once to the left, and once above the head. Protection will follow immediately.
