यक्षिणी साधना के अंतर्गत यह साधना विद्या प्राप्ति के लिए काफी महत्वपूर्ण है | इससे साधक को कई गुप्त विद्याओं का ज्ञान यक्षिणी प्रदान कर देती है | जिससे वो कई विद्याओं में पारंगत हो जाता है और इसके साथ ही उसकी दरिद्रता का नाश भी हो जाता है | आलस्य दूर होकर वो एक अच्छे साधक की श्रेणी में आ जाता है | उसके लिए साधना मार्ग सुलभ हो जाता है | यक्षिणी कई साधनाओं में सहायता प्रदान स्वयं कर देती है | इसे किसी भी पूर्णिमा या पंचमी तिथि से शुरू करें | इसकी साधना सरल है |
विधि
शुद्ध सफ़ेद वस्त्र पहन कर आसन पर पूर्व मुख बैठें | गुरु पूजन और श्री गणेश पूजन कर गुरु जी से साधना में सफलता की प्रार्थना करें और साधना करने की आज्ञा प्राप्त करें |
फिर दिशा शोधन के लिए जल लेकर “ॐ श्रीं ॐ” पढ़ कर चारों दिशाओं में छिड़क दें और पूजा शुरू करें | एक तेल का दिया जला लें और एक वेदी सी बना लें आटे, हल्दी और कुंकुम को मिलाकर | उसमें एक छोटी सी मिटटी की मूर्ति बनाकर उसे हल्दी, कुंकुम और चन्दन से रंग दें | मूर्ति औरत की बनायें | उसी को उस वेदी में स्थापित करें और एक जल का कलश स्थापित करें | उस पर नारियल रखें | वेदी में पाँच लड्डू, कुंकुम, सफ़ेद फूल, लोंग, इलायची, पान, सुपारी, एक पीपल के पत्ते पर रख दें और उस मूर्ति की पूजा करें | तेल का दिया जला दें और सुगंध के लिए अगरबत्ती लगा दें | पूजन के पश्चात जप शुरू करें | इस साधना में ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करें और साधना समाप्ति पर 25 माला मन्त्र से हवन करें पाँच मेवा और घी मिलाकर तो वेद मात्री यक्षिणी प्रसन्न होकर वरदान देती है और उसे कई प्रकारकी विद्याओं में पारंगत बना देती है | यह मन्त्र रिद्धी सिद्धि देने वाला है | प्राप्त किसी भी विद्या का दुरूपयोग ना करें और ध्यान में पवित्रता रखें |

इस मन्त्र का 21 माला जप करना है एक महीने तक | 21 दिन भी किया जा सकता है | यह साधना सीधे साधक को गुरु से जोड़ देती है और गुरु माध्यम से उसे विद्या प्राप्त होने लगती है | ऐसा बहुत साधकों का अनुभव है |
Among Yakshini sadhanas, this one is quite significant for attaining knowledge. Through it, the Yakshini grants the seeker awareness of several hidden branches of learning, through which the seeker becomes accomplished in many fields of knowledge, and alongside this, their poverty is also destroyed. Laziness is removed, and the seeker rises into the category of a good practitioner. The path of sadhana becomes accessible to them. The Yakshini herself provides assistance in many other sadhanas as well. Begin this on any Purnima (full moon) or Panchami (fifth lunar day). Its practice is simple.
Method
Wear pure white clothing and sit on your seat facing east. Perform Guru worship and Shree Ganesh worship, pray to your Guru for success in the sadhana, and seek permission to perform it.
Then, for purification of the directions, take water, recite "Om Shreem Om," and sprinkle it in all four directions before beginning the worship. Light an oil lamp and prepare a small altar (vedi) made of flour, turmeric, and kumkum (vermilion) mixed together. On it, form a small clay idol and colour it with turmeric, kumkum, and sandalwood. Make the idol in the form of a woman. Install it on that altar, and also place a kalash (pot) of water. Place a coconut atop it. On the altar, place five laddus, kumkum, white flowers, cloves, cardamom, betel leaf, betel nut, on a peepal leaf, and worship the idol. Light an oil lamp and burn incense for fragrance. After the worship, begin the chanting. Observe celibacy (brahmacharya) during this sadhana, and at its conclusion, perform a havan (fire offering) with 25 rounds of the mantra, mixing in five kinds of dry fruit and ghee — then the Ved Matri Yakshini becomes pleased and grants boons, making the seeker accomplished in many branches of knowledge. This mantra bestows supernatural powers (Riddhi-Siddhi). Do not misuse any knowledge attained through it, and maintain purity in your meditation.
Time of Sadhana
Begin the chanting at 10 PM at night.
Begin on a Monday, or on Panchami, or on a Purnima (full moon).
Sit facing north or east.
You may keep laddus nearby as bhog.
Clothing should be white, and any white-coloured aasan (seat) may be used.
This is a sadhana that grants knowledge of the Vedas — perform it with purity.
Mantra

This mantra should be chanted for 21 rounds daily for one month. It can also be done over 21 days. This sadhana directly connects the seeker to the Guru, and through the Guru as a medium, knowledge begins to be attained. This has been the experience of many seekers.
