Om — may Guru Batuk Dev, the Bhairava who is white as camphor and seated in the great wheel of the thousand petals (the Sahasrara), protect me in all my undertakings (1). May Asitanga always protect me in the east; may Ruru protect in the southeast; may Chand Bhairava protect in the south (2). May Krodhan protect in the southwest; may Unmatta protect in the west; may Kapali, Lord of the gods, ever protect in the northwest (3). May Bhishan Bhairava always protect in the north; may Sanhaar Bhairava and Maheshwara protect in the northeast (4). May Vidhata protect from above, and the all-pervading Nandaka protect from the netherworld below; may Sadyojaata, served by all the gods, protect me in every direction (5). May Ramdev protect me at the forest's edge, and his fierce form protect within the forest itself; may Tatpurusha protect me in water, and Ishaan protect me on land (6). May the son of Dakini protect my sons in every way, as my Lord; may the son of Hakini protect, and may the son of Lakini protect my wife (7). May the son of Shakini, together with Kaal Bhairava himself, protect my army; may the son of Malini protect my cattle, horses, and possessions (8). May Mahakal protect my land and prosperity in every word and from every side; may Bhairava, who delights in music, ever protect musical instruments and grant lasting wealth (9).
