रुद्रयामल ग्रंथ में यह प्रयोग सविस्तार से संतानहीन स्त्रियों के लिए दिया है | यह अनुष्ठान वरदान स्वरूप माना गया है | इस मंत्र का प्रयोग यहाँ जनहिताय देना उपयुक्त समझता हूँ |
“असन्तते: गृह शून्यम ” अर्थात जिसके कोई संतान नहीं उसका घर सूना है |
अतः वह लोग यह मंत्र अनुष्ठान विनियोग पूर्वक सवा लाख करें या किसी पंडित से करवा लें | सवा लाख जाप होने पर तर्पण, मार्जन आदि विधि पूर्वक गाय घृत खीर चरु की आहुति देते हुए दशांश हवन जरूर कराएं | संतति लाभ सुनिश्चित होगा | पाठ प्रारंभ से पूर्णता तक पति- पत्नी दोनों ब्रह्मचर्य पूर्वक रहें |

नोट – विनियोग में जहां ( अमुक्य:) लिखा है, अगर स्त्री विशेष के लिए अनुष्ठान किया जा रहा है, वहाँ उस स्त्री का नाम बोलें | यदि पति–पत्नी स्वयं कर रहे हैं तो मम बोलें |
मुख्य पूजन अगर पंडित से करवा रहे हैं तो वह स्वयं कर लेगा जिसमें गुरु पूजन, गणेश पूजन, कलश पूजन, षोडश मातृका पूजन, प्रधान देवता पूजन आदि आते हैं | नहीं तो अपनी सुविधा अनुसार वेदी स्थापन कर स्वयं कर लें | यह पूजन किसी भी पूजन की किताब से मिल जाते हैं |
नियम
सफ़ेद वस्त्र पहनें | आसन कोई भी कंबल का चल जाएगा | पूजन धूप, दीप, फल, फूल, नवेद आदि से करें | एक कलश के उपर एक नारियल लाल वस्त्र लपेट कर पाँच आम के पत्ते पल्व आदि रख कर उसके उपर नारियल रख दें फिर कलश पूजन करें, कलश हमेशा जौ आदि धान्य के उपर स्थापन करना चाहिए | कलश पूजन से पहले गणेश पूजन और कलश पूजन के बाद नव ग्रह, षोडश मातृका आदि का पूजन कर फिर सन्तान कामेश्वरी का पूजन करना चाहिए | इसके बाद अपनी सुविधा अनुसार मंत्र जप मूँगे या रुद्राक्ष की माला से करें | जप जब पूरा हो जाए तो उसका दशांश हवन, हवन का दशांश मार्जन, मंत्र के अंत में मार्जयामि सोऽहं आत्म सिंच्यामी शब्द लगा कर करना चाहिए फिर शब्द के अंत में तर्पयामि शब्द लगा कर तर्पण करना चाहिए | इस तरह यह प्रयोग अनुष्ठान पूर्ण हो जाता है और आपके जीवन की सन्तान की कमी दूर करने में सहायक होता है |

ENGLISH VERSION
This sadhna has been deliberated in RUDRAYAMAL granth for barren women. This is considered as a boon. I consider giving this sadhna as an act of altruism. “ASANTATE GRAH SHUNYAM” means his house is barren who doesn’t have a child.
So they should perform anusthan of this mantra by reciting the mantra 125000 times or get it done through any pandit. After completion of 125000 japa, perform tarpan maarjan and offer 1/10 th ahutis with pure cow ghee. You will definitely get a child. Celibacy should be maintained by the couple from start to end of the sadhna.
Procedure:
Viniyog :
Om shree santaankameshwari mahamantrasya manmath rishi trishput chhandah shree santaan kaameshwari devta, kleem beejam hreem shaktih shreem keelkam ( amukasya/mam)santaan praptaye vansh vriddhaye jape viniyogah.
Note- take the name of the woman where is (Amukasya) written in Viniyog, for which anusthan is being performed. If anusthan is being done by the couple themselves, then recite mam.
If main worshiping is being done by pandit then he himself will do guru pujan, ganesh pujan, kalash pujan, shodash matrika pujan, pradhan devta pujan etc. otherwise do it yourself by placing a vedi. This method can be found in any book related to worshiping.
Rules:
Wear white clothes. Asan should be woolen (any blanket). Worship using lamp, fruits, sweets flowers etc. on KALASH (water pot) place five mango leaves and place one coconut wrapped in red cloth over it. Then perform kalash pujan. Kalash should be placed over barley grains. Worship lord ganesh before worshiping KALASH and after that worship nine plantes ( navgrahas) , shodash matrika etc . Thereafter worship santan kameshwari. Start japa using coral or rudraksh mala. Perform dashansh (1/10th part) hawan, and maarjan of 1/10th hawan by putting “marjyaami soaham aatm sinchayami” word after the mantra. Do tarpan by putting the word tarpayami. In this way, this anusthan gets completed and becomes helpful in removing the childlessness.

This sadhana has been deliberated in the Rudrayamal scripture for childless women. This is considered a boon. I consider sharing this sadhana an act for the public good. "Asantate Grah Shunyam" means the home of one who has no child is empty.
So such people should perform the ritual (anushthan) of this mantra by reciting it 125,000 times, or have it performed through a pandit. After completing 125,000 repetitions, perform tarpan and marjan, and offer one-tenth as oblations with pure cow ghee, kheer, and charu. You will definitely receive the blessing of a child. Celibacy should be maintained by the couple from the start to the end of the sadhana.
Method
Viniyoga (Ritual Dedication)
Om Shri Santaankameshwari Mahamantrasya Manmath Rishi Trishput Chhandah Shri Santaan Kaameshwari Devata, Kleem Beejam Hreem Shaktih Shreem Keelkam (Amukasya / Mam) Santaan Praptaye Vansh Vriddhaye Jape Viniyogah.
Note — where "Amukasya" appears in the viniyoga, if the ritual is being performed for a specific woman, speak her name there. If the couple is performing it themselves, say "Mam" instead.
If the main worship is being performed by a pandit, he will handle the Guru worship, Ganesh worship, kalash worship, Shodash Matrika worship, and worship of the presiding deity himself. Otherwise, set up an altar (vedi) according to your convenience and perform it yourself — this worship procedure can be found in any standard worship manual.
Rules
Wear white clothing. Any woollen aasan (seat), such as a blanket, will do. Worship with incense, a lamp, fruits, flowers, naivedya (food offering), and so on. On a kalash (pot), place five mango leaves and a coconut wrapped in red cloth atop it, then perform the kalash worship — the kalash should always be placed upon barley or other grains. Perform Ganesh worship before the kalash worship, and after the kalash worship, worship the nine planets (Navagraha) and the Shodash Matrika, and then worship Santan Kameshwari. After this, chant the mantra according to your convenience, using a coral or Rudraksha mala. Once the chanting is complete, perform a havan (fire offering) with one-tenth of that count, followed by marjan with one-tenth of the havan count, adding the words "Marjayaami Soham Aatm Sinchayaami" at the end of the mantra, and then perform tarpan by adding the word "Tarpayaami" at the end. In this way, this ritual is completed, and it helps remove the absence of children in your life.
