पथरबेर सभी जगह पंसारी से मिल जाता है! 250 ग्राम या 500 ग्राम ले लें। उसे मूली का पानी डाल कर खरल करें, यह कर्म तब तक करें जब तक 2 बोतल मूली का पानी उसमें जज़्ब न हो जाए! फिर सुखा कर किसी बोतल आदि में डाल लें! यह पथरी की औषधि तैयार है। तीन ग्राम की पुड़िया सौंफ के अर्क के साथ दें। पथरी वाले को उड़द की दाल, पालक, चावल, टमाटर आदि नहीं लेने हैं और बाई बादी चीजे न लें, और साथ में कुलथ की दाल एक गिलास पानी में भिगो दें! इस पानी को सुबह खाली पेट पी लें। दो दिन या दूसरे दिन वह कुल्थ दाल आदि बना कर खा लें और दूसरी भिगो दें। यह हफ्ते में दो बार या रोज भी ले सकते हैं। पानी में नमक या जीरा आदि मिला सकते हैं। कुछ ही दिन में यह नुस्खा पथरी को तोड़ कर निकाल देता है। दिन में एक बार खारा सोडा जरूर लें। यह पुड़िया एक दिन छोड़ कर दें! ज्यादातर तीन चार पुड़िया से ही पथरी टूट कर निकल जाती है।
Patharber is available everywhere at any herb seller's (pansari). Take 250 or 500 grams of it. Grind it in a mortar (kharal) with radish water, repeating this process until it has absorbed 2 bottles' worth of radish water. Then dry it and store it in a bottle — this is the prepared medicine for kidney stones. Give a 3-gram packet of it along with fennel extract. The patient should avoid urad dal, spinach, rice, tomatoes, and similarly gas-forming foods. Alongside this, soak kulthi dal (horse gram) in a glass of water overnight, and drink that water on an empty stomach the next morning. Every two days, cook and eat that same horse gram, and soak a fresh batch. This can be taken twice a week, or even daily. Salt or cumin may be added to the water. Within just a few days, this remedy breaks down the stone and expels it. Be sure to take soda (khara soda) once a day as well. Give the powder packet every other day — most often, the stone breaks and passes within just three or four packets.
